    Every day businesses frustrate their customers and employees.  Unfortunately, a lack of recognition of this frustration and the inability to respond proactively cost businesses in terms of employee output, customer satisfaction, loyalty and ultimately - productivity and profitability. Participants will receive a detailed 24-page report (compiled from a pre-program assessment) that will allow them to understand their preferences in the area of customer service, communication, motivation, and management style.

    The program consists of a half-day session during which participants will be actively engaged in the learning process. Participants will both experience the difference ways the four interaction styles solve problems and address challenges. During the program, participants will:
    • Learn how not to alienate 2/3 of your customers and employees.
    • Understand the 4 Steps to 'Turn Frustration Into Delight'.
    • Create action plans for communicating and selling to every employee, customer, and client.
    • Learn the keys to motivate, manage, and communicate with your team.
