Keynote Speaker: Rev. Robert M. Skelton, II
As Founding Director of the WinShape Foundation, Rev. Bob Skelton impacted the lives of countless students at the WinShape Center. His ministry of serving as a pastor, minister of education, and interim pastor since 1971 exemplifies Shorter University's mission of
Transforming Lives through Christ. One person summed up his impact by saying, "His motive in life is to serve, not be served. He so ably puts his time and talents into so many lives -- not so that he can count his successes, but so that others are spurred on to succeed." Rev. Skelton attended Truett McConnell College and Belmont University, did graduate study in Education at the University of Georgia, and earned his Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He also received a certificate in Continuing Education from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.
