    Farmer’s Market Extension Through November

CARTERSVILLE – The Cartersville Downtown Development Authority would like to announce that permission has been granted to extend the Farmer’s Market through the end of November.  “We have received a lot of feedback from vendors and shoppers alike that as long as there is still produce available, people want to have the Farmer’s Market,” said Special Events Coordinator Hollie Duncan. “We are very happy to be able to continue bringing the market to the community, and strongly encourage the community to buy fresh and buy local.” The Market will feature a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, jams and jellies, local honey, fresh flowers, crafts, and much more.
The Farmer’s Market will pick back up this Saturday, October 31st from 7AM to 12PM. It will continue through the end of November on Wednesdays from 5 to 8PM and on Saturdays from 7AM to noon in the Founder’s Oak parking lot across from City Hall.
