Meeting Room Rentals

Planning a meeting or event? The Georgia Power Board Room, William Curtis Satterfield Technology Room, and the Anheuser-Busch Community Room are available for reservation. Special rates are available for frequent or regular Chamber member users.

Anheuser-Busch Community Room   Seats up to 120. Catering kitchen attached.

Weekday use up to 4 hours - Members: $150; Non-members: $300
Weekday use over 4 hours - Members: $250; Non-members: $400

Weekend use (full day) - Members: $350, Non-members: $450
Weekend use (full day) - Non-profit members: $250, Non-profit non-members: $350

There is a security deposit of $200 for all Anheuser-Busch Community Room rentals. The deposit must be paid in the form of a credit card number authorization (preferred method) or a check that will be held until after the event.  In the event of a lost key, there will be an additional $100 charge.  To rent the room, please complete the Community Room Use Application.

Georgia Power Board Room   Seats 22

Available weekdays only
   between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Up to 4 Hours
Members: $50, Non-members $150

More than 4 hours (full day)
Members: $100, Non-members: $300

Coffee, water and soft drinks are available at $15 for members, $20 for non-members.
This includes coffee in two pump pots, cups, creamer and sugar.  To rent the room, please complete the Board Room Use Application Form.

William Curtis Satterfield Technology Room   Seats 10

Available weekdays only
   between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Up to 4 Hours (Not available for full day rentals.)
Members: $25, Non-members $150

Coffee, water and soft drinks are available at $15 for members, $20 for non-members.
This includes coffee in two pump pots, cups, creamer and sugar.  To rent this room, please complete the Technology Room Use Application Form.

Other amenities available with room rentals:

Flip chart, markers & pad - Members $10, Non-members $20

Copies (each) - Members $0.10, Non-members $0.20

Payment must accompany application for reservation to be confirmed. Your application must be received by the Chamber 14 days prior to rental. All applications are subject to approval. The rooms are rented as is without equipment or materials. Please inquire about the "frequent/regular chamber member users" special annual rate.
