SUMMARY:Building A Relational Culture of Approval
DESCRIPTION:What: During October we will place a strategic focus on building a relational culture of approval at work.\n\n \n\nWhy: Decades of extensive research have shown the pervasive effects of emotion on virtually all decisions we make. Given that we simply cannot avoid emotions\, even in the workplace\, the question is\, "Can we positively influence both our own emotions as well as the emotions of others?" The answer is: "Yes\, we can!"\n\n \n\nThe purpose of this training is to address why approval is important and how your organization's culture will benefit when you notice and point out "the good" inside of others. This kind of culture can produce:\n\n Lower turnover and absenteeism\n Increased ownership in the workplace\n Higher willingness to "go the extra mile"\n\nEngaged employees are the employees you WANT interacting with your customers. Customers who feel known and cared about beyond the business transaction are less price sensitive\, purchase more\, and create great "word-of-mouth" for your business.\n\n \n\nWho: Business leaders who are hoping to increase their employee engagement and customer loyalty\n\n\n\nWhen: Tuesday\, October 4\n\n Networking and Light Refreshments 8:30am - 9:00am\n\n Program 9:00am - 10:00am\n\n\n\nWhere: Cartersville-Bartow Chamber
