    Job Description
    We are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s President. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, drafting emails and coordinating sponsorships and other engagements. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

    Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.  We are looking for someone with experience working as an administrative assistant. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, that can handle multiple projects and manage information in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
    • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
    • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
    • Run errands as requested
    • Coordinate events, sponsorships and speaking engagements
    • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
    • Order supplies as needed
    • Filing and other organization
    • Maintaining office condition
    • Coordinate with IT and other outside companies
    • Plan staff functions – birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
    • Be happy, smile, and bring a positive attitude to the office.
    • Available to attend events we sponsor monthly (usually no more than 1-2) on behalf of Denim outside of standard hours.
    • Strong computer skills a must (Microsoft Word, Excel and Web skills minimally).
    • College degree
    • Knowledge of real estate, public relations, blogging and social media optimization preferred.
    • College degree in related field (PR, Journalism, English)
    • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
