    Job Description
    • Serve as the main point of contact for the Engineer and Architect.
    • Lead coordination of subcontractors.
    • Responsible for project startup, including obtaining permits and licenses and managing job-site mobilization.
    • Facilitate subcontractor pre-mobilization/startup meetings.
    • Assist in development, planning, and updating of overall project schedule.
    • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
    • Collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to manufacture a product, construct a building, or provide a service.
    • Reviews budget and project profitability status and goals.
    • Conduct site inspection for tender understanding, analysis of conditions and assessment of risk and identification of activities that may or may not shown in tender documents.

    • Blueprint Reading: 3-5 years (Required)
    • Construction: 5 years (Required)
    • Project Management: 5 years (Required)
    • Excel: 5 years (Required)
    • Mathematics: 5 years (Required)
    • Supervising: 5 years (Preferred)
    • Estimating: 5 years (Required)
