    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for supporting the College's Enrollment Management (EM) function in the areas of recruitment, marketing and financial aid to assist with the daily management of the College's CRM (customer relationship management) platform as well as with Financial Aid reporting and technological needs.

    Responsibilities

    Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college's mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies.

    Maintains and continues to develop the recently implemented Salesforce CRM platform for purposes related to recruitment, marketing and admissions to include:

    • Facilitating user management and access, Ensuring data quality, consistency, and utilization
    • Creating reports and dashboards for multiple uses including both day-to-day insight and for longer-term strategic planning
    • Coordinating with Information Technology and Enterprise Application Services on matters related to data feeds and integrations
    • Developing communications campaigns in the CRM in partnership with the College's Marketing function

    Proactively brainstorms solutions to problems within the CRM in real time to ensure full functionality and integrity of the system's automation

    Continuously advances knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform via online training and other professional development opportunities and serves as the College's primary resource on training other users in the system.

    Serves an active role in the Office of Financial Aid by engaging in technological needs within the department, including:

    • Working with Information Technology and Enterprise Application Services as well as with the University System of Georgia Shared Services Center in regularly updating and developing items related to Financial Aid within the College's Student Information System
    • Writing SQL statements for reports and extracting data as needed

    Identifies, prioritizes and pursues opportunities for improvement of Financial Aid processes including SIS (student information system) module components and functionality not yet deployed

    Implements and maintains a Financial Aid chatbot and/or live chat feature

    Performs other related duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution of Higher Education

    Minimum Years of Related Experience: two (2) years experience as a systems administrator, with preference given to direct experience with Salesforce and Banner Student systems

    Proposed Salary

    $50,000 - $55,000 annually

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    • Understanding of the Salesforce.com CRM platform and basic configuration methods and have willingness to expand knowledge as the CRM evolves

    • Adeptness in effective communication strategies and higher education business processes, and how these relate and should be integrated into a CRM

    • Dedication to becoming an advocate for the CRM across all areas of the College, ensuring data quality and commitment to facilitating a maximally functional system

    • Comprehension of complex data structures and the ability to think critically about how data should be utilized for purposes related to the position

    • Ability to develop project plans and successfully implement these plans in an environment where priorities may shift rapidly

    • Knowledge and experience with Banner Student Information System, particularly the system's Financial Aid module

    • Familiarity with administrating Federal Title IV Aid programs or willingness to develop this knowledge set

    • Willingness to manage time and workload with little oversight and while under multiple deadline-driven priorities, as well as have flexibility in shifting these priorities
