Oversee the general upkeep of building and its infrastructure. Maintain building operations and ensure the facility is safe and functional at all times. Experience in plumbing heating, painting, electricity, custodian responsibilities, pressure washing, assisting in quarterly inspections, maintain inventory control systems so that property has the supplies necessary to maintain the building and the dwelling units. Complete resident work orders daily. Must have computer knowledge and be able to operate the work order system on company cell phone.
