• Inside Sales Support Representative

    JOB DESCRIPTION
     
    Summary:
    The Inside Sales Support Representative is responsible for learning MJC, Inc. products to help support MJC’s sales department and customers. The employee will be required to gain a firm understanding of not only MJC products and product offerings, but also the sales process. This will include working alongside the engineering team to finalize submittals, quoting orders for customers, and tracking jobs/quotes. As well, this position will also work closely with the sales manager and financial team to create monthly and quarterly sales reports.

    Job Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Develop a firm understanding of MJC products and product offerings.
    • Communicate with customers to provide support through the sales process.
    • Calculate job quotes for customers.
    • Document orders with customers and internal team.
    • Track orders and give updates to both internal team and customers.
    • Weekly quote tracking.
    • Assist in creating monthly and quarterly sales reports.
    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of sales and/or project management experience preferably in a manufacturing setting.
    • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
    • Strong Microsoft suite skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Ability to manage time effectively.
    Physical Demands:
    The employee must be able successfully to perform essential functions of this job with the physical demands as described here and representative of those that met. This is a largely sedentary role; however, this position could require standing or sitting for long periods of time, or traveling long distances to meet with customers.

    Work Authorization:
