    The Bartow County Recreation Department invites businesses and civic groups to join in on the fun for the 2nd Annual Fall Festival.  Set up a booth, provide games or activities and prizes or candy for children to participate and win!  Activities include DJ, inflatables, crafts, and a lot of games!
