    Event Description:

    Please join us Saturday morning May 12, 2018  at the Cartersville Primary School for the 14th Annual Advocates for Children "Duck Dash" 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run for Kids presented by Farmers Insurance Brannon East Agency. The race will start at 8 A.M. with race day registration and packet pick up opening on-site at 6:45 AM.  The Duck Dash is the longest-consecutive-running road race in Bartow County with one of the fastest and flattest courses around and is suitable for runners of all ages and abilities. Be sure and Pre-Register to guarantee your T-shirt size!

    Cash Prizes as well as "Advocates personalized" trophies are awarded to the top 3 overall Male & Female winners as well as the top overall Masters Male and Female winners. 

    Proceeds from the race go toward preventing and treating child abuse in all its forms through the programs and services that Advocates for Children serves! Please see www.advochild.org for more information!

    Race day registration & race-day pre-registration packet pick-up will begin at 6:45 AM in front of Cartersville Primary School.  The 5K will begin at 8:00 AM and the Children’s fun run will begin at approximately 9:00 AM with Awards presentation to follow shortly thereafter.  Race parking is located on-site in the Cartersville Primary School parking lot.
