In this presentation, Kasey will challenge women to look inward and to make a plan to tackle the thing that they've been putting off (career change, promotion, opening a business, going back to school). She will guide attendees through a self-analysis, discuss effective goal-setting techniques, challenge them to create action items, and provide examples of what those may be. Finally, she will tackle the importance of setting deadlines and provide tips for successful execution.

With over 15 years of experience in recruiting, Kasey is an expert in talent acquisition and leading teams. She holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Management and Leadership.
Kasey is passionate about empowering women and creating a lasting and positive impact in her community. A Rome native, she resides in Rome, Georgia with her husband, Josh, and their dog, Leo. In her spare time, Kasey enjoys working out, time with friends, and traveling.
