    Join us at the Bartow History Museum on August 30th at 7 p.m. as Paul J. Pugliese, MPPPM, UGA Extension – Bartow County Coordinator, presents details on the history of farming in Bartow County. He will share an overview of the $100-million-dollar agriculture industry in Bartow County today talk about how farming and land use has changed in the last 100 years for Bartow County, and highlight noteworthy organizations and local farmers that have advanced modern agriculture in Bartow County. The lecture is free for members and is included in the price of admission to the museum for non-members.

    The Bartow History Museum, located at 4 East Church Street in downtown Cartersville, Georgia, documents the history of northwest Georgia’s Bartow County, spanning more than 200 years since the Cherokee were the area’s primary residents.
