      This workshop focuses on your role in redirecting performance and developing talents of people in their current roles as well as potential future roles in your organization. You will learn to: 
      • Gain commitment, not merely compliance 
      • Communicate clear expectations that are understood and accepted 
      • Provide specific, balanced and timely feedback to reinforce desired performance as well as redirect behavior 
      • Distinguish between appreciation and praise 
      • Engage others in problem solving performance issues by asking questions to guide their thinking 
      • Encourage a learning mindset among team members
