The Easter Buffet at Johnny Mitchell's Smokehouse will include Carrot Ginger Soup, Fried Chicken, Glazed Ham, Beef Stroganoff on egg noodles, Green Beans, Collards, Roasted Asparagus Strata, Quiche, Mac n Cheese, Deviled Eggs, Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Glazed Carrots, Ambrosia, Salad Bar, Ham Salad, Smoked Chicken Salad, Hummus, and Pasta Salad, along with a Dessert Bar including Coconut Cake and Lemon Pie.
