Learn about Jessica Hopkins Daves, a little celebrated Cartersville woman, who followed her dreams from teaching in the Cartersville Schools to the New York publishing arena as the leader of a premier fashion magazine, Vogue. Born in 1894, she blazed her way to the top of her chosen career. We will take a look at her early days in Bartow County as well as her notable and numerous contributions in the 1950’s fashion era via her role as Editor-in-Chief.
She still has family in Cartersville and they have stories to share!
