Introduce your young scientist to the wonders of astronomy in this popular workshop! Participants will tour the current sky in the Bentley Planetarium, receive and learn how to use a rotary star chart, and observe the sky through small telescopes and our 20' telescope in the Observatory.
*The Observatory is not heated so please dress accordingly. Astronomy workshops will happen rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, the Observatory will be limited to tours only. Limited space available. Prepaid reservations required. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Reservations close at noon the day before the workshop. Cancellation policy: 48 hours before for full refund. For ages 5+, no exceptions.
