One of the most important reasons that human beings have become the most successful species on Earth is due to our mastery of tools and simple machines. Tellus Educator Bob Gossman will demonstrate simple machines that we utilize every day. The Lunch + Learn lecture begins at 12:15 PM. No outside food is allowed but you are welcome to buy lunch in the Café and bring it into the lecture, or just come hear the lecture. All Lunch + Learns are FREE for members and included in regular admission for non-members. Presentations are recommended for ages 8 and up, unless otherwise indicated.
