Chicken Scratch??? What’s Chicken Scratch? ‘Never heard of it’ is the most common response. Popular in the first half of the 1900’s and revived in the 1980’s, Chicken Scratch is a simple form of embroidery stitched on gingham or checked fabric. Intrigued? Come to our workshop to try this fun-to-do embroidery technique.

Only a few supplies for you to bring: Scissors, 7” embroidery hoop if you have one. If not, some will be available to use. Fabric, floss and needle will be provided for you to make a take-home project. Hope to see you then!
