    IT Administrator
     
    Location: Rydal, GA
    Full Time

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for procuring, maintaining and administering company computers and office equipment as well as various corporate software systems.  This position will support colleagues by resolving IT related problems, assist with onboarding new employees, and provide guidance on polices and systems.
     
    Responsibilities
    • Procure, install, configure and upgrade computer hardware, software and peripherals.
    • Administer corporate software systems including but not limited to Active Directory, Microsoft Online Exchange, Mcleod TMS and Dossier Maintenance software.
    • Manage user access and security for all systems.
    • Maintain security measures by applying updates and patches when available, manage Fortinet firewall configuration and antivirus software.
    • Perform daily backup of servers.
    • Retrieve and recover data as needed.
    • Diagnose hardware and software issues.
    • Repair and replace IT equipment as needed.
    • Manage and maintain records of IT equipment and software licenses
    • Manage network including switches, firewall and wireless access points
    • Provide IT support and resolve problems for colleagues.
    • Assist with onboarding new colleagues.
    • Ensure the availability of network resources and services.
    • Research and recommend new IT technologies and solutions.
    • Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
    • Manage corporate web site and content.
    • Manage Zoom phone system.
    • Develop/maintain reports using SSRS Report Builder and/or Tableau
    • Develop/maintain EDI connections and documents with customers
    Required Qualifications
     
    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from accredited institution with five to ten years work experience.
     
    Proposed Salary
    $60K - $75K
     
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Knowledge of Windows servers and PCs administration
    • Knowledge of network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, RRAS, VPN, VLAN, FTP, SFTP and AS2.
    • Knowledge of SQL servers, SQL statement coding and SSRS report writing.
    • Knowledge of Tableau server and associated report writing tools.
    • Knowledge of Fortinet firewall and VPN setup and configuration.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of EDI processes and document structure.
