SUMMARY: Leads daily operations for Handle With Care. Serves as the primary liaison to law enforcement and school partners. Plans and delivers training(s). Coordinates countywide implementation and continuous improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day program operations and case flow.
- Receive and route Handle With Care notices to designated school contacts with fidelity and speed.
- Liaise with police, sheriff, school districts, and DFCS to ensure timely, secure information sharing.
- Lead partner training(s) on protocol, privacy, and trauma informed practices.
- Monitor compliance and data quality. Produce monthly dashboards and outcome reports.
- Convene partner meetings and problem solve barriers to implementation.
- Maintain procedures, MOUs, contact lists, and resource guides.
- Track referrals to school and community supports and close the loop on outcomes.
- Support outreach, awareness, and stakeholder onboarding across Bartow County
- Uphold confidentiality, FERPA, and all applicable laws and policies.
- Demonstrate a commitment to PQI and attend meetings as required.
- Demonstrates passion for the mission of Advocates for Children and a commitment to ensuring fairness and accessibility for all through active participation in related training and advocacy efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, criminal justice, public administration, or related field. Equivalent experience considered
- Two or more years in program coordination within schools, law enforcement, child welfare, or community health
- Experience with Handle With Care or similar notification models, preferred.
- Knowledge of Bartow County schools and public safety landscape, preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish, preferred.
- Proven experience managing cross agency initiatives and training(s)
- Proficiency in trauma informed care and practical application in school and community settings
- Strong data, documentation, and reporting skills
- Systems thinker with strong follow through
- Excellent communication with diverse partners
- Meeting facilitation and training delivery
- Judgment under pressure and sound confidentiality practices
- Basic data management in Excel or Google Sheets. CRM or case tracking experience a plus
- Clear background check and valid driver’s license
