The Phone Setter is often the first voice our clients hear, playing a crucial role in creating an exceptional first impression. This position focuses on connecting with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, building relationships, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with our Owner. Your goal is to ensure every caller feels valued, informed, and excited about transforming their dog’s behavior through our proven training programs.
Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls, texts, and online inquiries to engage new leads and past clients.

Qualify prospects by understanding their dog’s behavior, lifestyle, and training goals.

Educate potential clients about our services, pricing, and the benefits of our programs.

Schedule consultations, evaluations, and enrollments while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for calls, conversions, and appointments.
Qualifications
