Café Sundaé and Confectionery Designer Britany McCorkle, owner of Opulent Confections bakery, will celebrate the storefront grand opening of Opulent Confections on Tuesday, March 28. Opulent Confections will be located inside of Café Sundaé at 650 Henderson Drive Suite 501 Cartersville, GA 30120 and offer a wide range of high-quality, fresh, gourmet pastries and desserts to include sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan creations; also specializing in custom cakes for all occasions and celebrations - home, office and event. Regular bakery hours will be Tuesday - Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 8am-4pm.
Beginning February 25, themed Dessert Tastings will be held every Saturday through March 25 from 10am-1pm. These events are free and open to the community. Guests will have the opportunity to drop-in to taste a variety of indulgent pastry and dessert samples. Coffee beverages will also be offered at a discounted rate to compliment the tasting and make the experience even more satisfying.
Café Sundaé specializes in offering healthy, fast food alternatives with menu selections comprised of high-quality, fresh ingredients. The café features delicious meal replacement smoothies, luxury coffee, and gourmet-style sandwiches, wraps and salads with a variety of healthy grab and go snacks and ice cream pleasures. Café Sundaé offers a warm, welcoming environment and is open Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and Saturday 8am-2pm.
