Popular Band Set to Perform at Downtown Cartersville's Music by the Tracks Event
Hotel Meeting Match, Southern Devil Harley-Davidson, H&R Block, Century Bank of Georgia, and Georgia Highlands College Present Kharisma Jazzmatic Funk on Saturday, August 17th
On Saturday, August 17th Sam Carter and Kharisma Jazzmatic Funk will be taking the stage in downtown Cartersville at the Music by the Tracks summer concert series. Sam Carter is the opening act and will go on at 6 PM. Be sure to be in your seats by 7 PM because the headliner, Kharisma Jazzmatic Funk, will take the stage from 7 - 9 PM.
Kharisma Jazzmatic is a dynamic seven group band known for their funky dance grooves and dynamic jazz vocals. They play original tracks including "Eye Candy – Too Sweet," along with covers of various pop/soul hits by artists such as Michael Jackson and Prince.
"We are so excited to have Kharisma Jazzmatic Funk included in our summer concert series," says Courtney Sutter, Cartersville Downtown Development Authority's Marketing and Promotions Coordinator. "This will be the first performance in downtown Cartersville for Kharisma Jazzmatic. They bring a new edge to our concert lineup series by performing some old school and new school funk. Kharisma Jazzmatic is guaranteed to get a crowd of all ages up and moving!"

Attendees may bring their blankets and lawn chairs to the event, or just grab one of the seats in the amphitheater. The Local Bar and Grill and Big Door Winery will be selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our guests to enjoy. Mellow Mushroom will be in attendance serving fresh pizza and Coconuts will be serving ice cream and shaved ice to stay cool!
