Reinhardt University moves to online instruction temporarily
WALESKA, GA -- Reinhardt University is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for our students, faculty and staff. The University administration, along with the Reinhardt COVID-19 Task Force, has evaluated all available information and have made the following determination. Please know that this continues to be a fluid situation, and we will re-evaluate on a daily basis.
UNIVERSITY OPERATION
- Reinhardt University will remain open during a modification of instruction. All staff should report to work as usual and offices will operate as normal. All campus services are open and available.
INSTRUCTION
- All face-to-face courses at Reinhardt University will move to online instruction on Monday, March 16, 2020.
- Online instruction will continue until Friday, April 3, 2020. A decision will be made regarding on-going instruction on or before April 3, 2020.
- Special populations that operate under accreditation rules, such as nursing, teacher education, Georgia POST programs, will be notified by their respective dean regarding any alterations.
ADVISING
- Advising and registration will be held as scheduled. Students should contact their advisor to propose their summer and fall course schedule. Advising will occur via email or phone.
RESIDENCE LIFE
- Reinhardt residential students may remain on campus or choose to return home.
- If a Reinhardt residential student self-selects to remain in their residence hall, the student must inform Residence Life by Monday, March 16, 2020. Inform Residence Life by filling out this form: https://form.jotform.com/200715869603155

- Small group admissions tours of campus will continue by appointment

Athletics
- All NAIA Winter Championship games are cancelled.
- All athletic events are suspended until further notice.
- Practices are suspended until further notice.
- The Fitness Center in Brown Gymnasium is closed.

- School field trips and program for March cancelled
