Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a sponsorship from the Cartersville-Bartow Chamber, the sponsoring entity acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Full Payment Required: Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorships will not be held or reserved. Full payment is required to secure and confirm your sponsorship.

2. Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable: Please ensure your full commitment prior to securing a sponsorship opportunity.

3. Active Chamber Membership Requirement: Sponsorships are available exclusively to members in good standing with the Cartersville-Bartow Chamber. The sponsoring business must maintain an active, fully paid Chamber membership through the date of the sponsored event.

4. Forfeiture of Sponsorship: If Chamber membership becomes inactive or lapses at any point before the event date, the sponsorship will be forfeited without refund, and any associated promotional benefits will be withdrawn.

5. No Sponsor Program Influence: Sponsorship does not grant the sponsor the ability to select, influence, or approve speakers, honorees, award recipients, entertainment, or program content for the event. All programming decisions are at the sole discretion of the Chamber.

6. Use of Logo/Branding Materials: To ensure inclusion in promotion, sponsors agree to provide high-resolution logos and necessary branding materials by a specified deadline. The Chamber reserves the right to refuse or modify promotional content that does not meet branding or quality standards.

7. Changes to Event Format: The Chamber reserves the right to modify the format, location, or date of the event if necessary. Sponsorship benefits will be adjusted accordingly but will remain non-refundable.

8. Sponsor Conduct & Representation: Sponsors are expected to uphold the Chamber’s mission and values. Any behavior or representation that may harm the reputation of the Chamber may result in removal of sponsorship recognition without refund.

9. Industry Exclusivity (if applicable) & Chamber Discretion: Some sponsorship levels or opportunities may include industry exclusivity. If a conflict arises, the Chamber reserves the right to make the final determination on sponsorship assignment. The Chamber may issue a full refund at its sole discretion to the affected sponsor. The Chamber will make every effort to avoid conflicts, but no exclusivity is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing by the Chamber.

10. Sponsorship Benefit Customization: All sponsorship benefits are outlined in the Chamber’s sponsorship package. Requests for modifications or substitutions of benefits must be approved in writing and may not be guaranteed.
