    Name recognition on all event promotions, including emails, social media, and website, Allow a representative of the host organization to speak at the event for up to 5 minutes, Opportunity to showcase your business location
    The Business After Hours Host Sponsor agrees to:
    • Pay the sponsorship in full to complete the event reservation
    • Maintain an active membership with the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce through the specified event date
    • Incur all fees of hosting (sponsorship, food, beverages, entertainment, door prizes, etc.)
    • Provide heavy hors d'oeuvres
    • Host at a Chamber member location with parking for a minimum of 40 vehicles
    • Promote the event through all their available marketing avenues
    • Donate a minimum of 2 door prizes with a minimum value of $25 each
    Host Benefits:
    • Name recognition on all event promotions, including emails, social media, and website
    • Allow a representative of the host organization to speak at the event for up to 5 minutes
    • Opportunity to showcase your business location

    Each organization may apply to host Business After Hours once every three years.
